The challenge

The old app’s design was outdated and not mobile-first, and users were confused about how to use and benefit from it. The new app had to let travellers purchase and book luxury services in the executive terminals: private chauffeurs, parking, spa, private entrances, meeting rooms, catering, high-speed internet and meet-and-greet.

The design also had to work for very different personas at once: VIP, VVIP, royal and government end users on one side, and employees and service providers of every level on the other.

What we built

Eurisko took on a project estimated at around three months and delivered the complete redesign in three weeks. It was not only a revamp of an existing app. The work focused on making it useful, easy and clear, to convert and retain users.
