Project Description
The design of the old app was outdated, not convenient for a mobile app, and thus not mobile-first and user-friendly.
Users were confused about how to use and benefit from the app.
The purpose of the project was to design a new mobile app enabling travelers to purchase and book luxury services in all executive terminals:
Private chauffeur, parking lot, spa, private entrance, meeting rooms, catering, high-speed internet, luxury vehicles, meet and greet.

Users were confused about how to use and benefit from the app.
The purpose of the project was to design a new mobile app enabling travelers to purchase and book luxury services in all executive terminals:
Private chauffeur, parking lot, spa, private entrance, meeting rooms, catering, high-speed internet, luxury vehicles, meet and greet.
Eurisko’s Intervention
Eurisko took the project, which needed around 3 months, and delivered it in 3 weeks, completely redesigned.
The challenge was to design the app for different personas:
End users: VIP, VVIP, Royal, and government
Employees & service providers of all levels.
It wasn’t only a matter of revamping an existing app, it was also about making it useful, easy, and clear, to convert and retain users.
