MyCMSM: Healthcare Coverage, Claims and Providers in One App
Developed by Eurisko for Caisse Mutuelle Socio Médicale (CMSM), MyCMSM brings essential healthcare information and services into one mobile app on iOS and Android. Members access their coverage, track claims, view financial details and find healthcare providers, while prospective members explore plans and estimate premiums.
The challenge
A healthcare mutual lives on paperwork: policy documents, claim forms, reimbursement statements and membership cards, each handled through calls, visits and email. Members had no single place to see what they were covered for, where a claim stood or when the next payment was due, and prospective members had no simple way to understand what a plan would cost their family.
CMSM needed a mobile channel that gave every member clear, secure access to their own information, respected the privacy of dependents, and connected to the assistance and telehealth partners already serving its members.
What we built
Eurisko designed and built MyCMSM as the mutual’s member channel: a bilingual iOS and Android app that puts policy, claims, finances and providers in one place, with onboarding journeys for individuals and groups and integrations with the services members already use.
Policy & coverage overview
Membership information, policy details, coverage benefits and expiry dates, with a digital membership card members can view, download and share at providers.
Claims & approvals tracking
Approvals, reimbursement bills and special cases followed step by step, with status updates and decision details.
Financial overview
Policy amounts, down payments, payment schedules and due dates, so members always know what is paid and what comes next.
Provider locator & plan calculator
Hospitals, pharmacies and laboratories on an interactive map with location and type filters, and a family plan calculator that estimates premiums across coverage scenarios.
Registration, security & privacy
Dedicated individual and group registration journeys with SMS verification and biometric login, and privacy controls that let spouses and dependents decide whether the principal member sees their claims history.
Connected healthcare services
Best Assistance for claim submissions and pre-approvals, DRAPP for telehealth consultations, plus notification preferences, health news and wellness content in English and Arabic.
The results
MyCMSM replaces calls and paperwork with self-service: members see their coverage, claims and payments in real time, carry their membership card on their phone and reach the right provider in a few taps. Prospective members can size a family plan before they ever speak to an agent.
