Menasa: A Multi-Tenant E-commerce Platform for Kuwait
Menasa is a Kuwait-based Platform-as-a-Service that lets restaurants and shops create and manage their entire e-commerce operation through one intuitive interface. Eurisko built the platform end to end.
The challenge
The primary challenge was multi-tenancy done right: dynamically onboarding tenants and letting each one manage items and menus, locations, discounts and promotions, opening hours, payment and shipping methods, and order processing, without engineering involvement per store.
What we built
Eurisko gathered the requirements, designed the multi-tenant system architecture, implemented the UI/UX and built the entire platform, with a React/Next web touchpoint on a microservice, auto-scaling serverless backend.
