Project Description
The “Best Assistance” app is specifically designed for the convenience of their beneficiaries.
It has dedicated sections and features that allow them to easily access relevant and useful information on nearby hospitals and providers, as well as insurance policies. Beneficiaries can also use the app to submit reimbursement requests, and pre-approval requests, and access their medical files.
Project Description
The “Best Assistance” app is specifically designed for the convenience of their beneficiaries.
It has dedicated sections and features that allow them to easily access relevant and useful information on nearby hospitals and providers, as well as insurance policies. Beneficiaries can also use the app to submit reimbursement requests, and pre-approval requests, and access their medical files.
Eurisko’s Intervention
Eurisko was instrumental in the project, from gathering all business requirements to implementing the UI/UX design and creating a React Native mobile app with a responsive admin panel.
The project’s main goal was to ensure the highest level of security to protect users’ electronic health records and personal information from any potential breaches.

The app gives a comprehensive list of healthcare providers, including hospitals, doctors, pharmacies, clinics, dental centers, and more, based on the user’s location, making it easy for users to find providers near them.

The project also included a web-based admin panel with rich real-time dashboards and reports, allowing “Best Assistance” to manage and monitor the app’s performance and user activities efficiently.
