Azadea Connect+: A Unified Digital Workplace for Azadea Group Employees
Azadea Connect+ is a customised implementation of Eurisko’s Hiverse platform, built to give Azadea Group employees a unified digital workplace. It centralises company communication, engagement and essential workplace information in a dedicated mobile app and digital experience tailored to Azadea’s organisation, brands and regions.
The challenge
Azadea Group employs thousands of people across brands, stores, offices and countries, most of them on the shop floor rather than at a desk. Reaching every employee with company news, recognising birthdays and anniversaries, hearing ideas and concerns from the front line, and giving everyone access to their own workplace information is hard when the workforce never shares an inbox.
The group needed an employee platform that worked on the phone in everyone’s pocket, reflected its regional and organisational structure, and could grow with new services over time.
What we built
Eurisko implemented Azadea Connect+ on Hiverse: the platform’s communication, profile and engagement capabilities configured to Azadea’s structure, extended with the My Voice participation features and regional customisations the group needed, and delivered as a dedicated mobile application.

The results
Azadea Connect+ brings company communications, employee information and digital workplace services into one accessible platform, helping employees stay informed and connected across the organisation, and gives the group a foundation it keeps extending, including ELMS, its learning management system.
