The challenge

Training in a retail group reaches people with very different jobs, schedules and devices, and it rarely lives where employees already are. A learning portal on its own login goes unvisited; courses scattered across external platforms are hard to find; and progress is invisible to the people who should encourage it.

Azadea wanted learning to be part of the digital workplace its employees already use every day, with one place to discover courses, follow them and see progress, and with the performance and usability a workforce on mobile expects.

Solution

What we built

Eurisko built ELMS on the learning capabilities of the Hiverse platform and integrated it into Azadea Connect+: a centralised learning hub, discovery of courses and external digital platforms, dashboards for ongoing and completed courses and certificates, and an improved interface delivered on web and mobile.
