AI for Customer Growth & Personalization

Personalization is where most enterprises in the Gulf first feel the gap between an AI pilot and an AI result. Eurisko builds the growth use cases that close it: next-best action and offer ranking, churn and dormancy early warning, micro-segmentation with generated personas, life-event detection and personalized onboarding, deployed inside banks, telecoms, super-apps and retailers across the GCC, the wider Middle East and Lebanon.

Every model ships with reason codes, consent and suppression rules and an uplift simulation, so marketing, product and compliance teams can all see why a customer was chosen and what the decision is expected to return.

Overview

From campaigns for everyone to decisions for each customer.

Regional banks and telecoms sit on years of transactions, app sessions and service interactions, and still run campaigns on age bands and product holdings. The result is predictable: low response, high opt-out, and the best customers hearing about offers they would have taken anyway.

Growth AI replaces the campaign calendar with a ranking: for each customer, the action most likely to create value now, with the channel and the moment it should arrive, and reasons a relationship manager or a regulator can read.

Eurisko builds these systems on top of core banking, CRM and marketing platforms already in production in the region, so the recommendation lands in the app, the branch or the contact centre rather than in another dashboard.

Use cases

Eight growth use cases, ready to prove on your data.

Each one starts from a decision your teams already make, replaces the rule of thumb with a scored recommendation, and keeps a human in control of what the customer sees.

Next-best action & offer

Ranks the most relevant action, offer or service for every customer from profile, behaviour, product holdings and prior engagement, with reason codes, eligibility rules and an uplift simulation before launch.

Customer micro-segmentation & personas

Clusters customers by spend mix, frequency, value and channel behaviour, then turns each cluster into a persona with needs, triggers, preferred messages and an engagement playbook your marketers can act on.

Premium upgrade propensity

Predicts which customers are most likely to accept an upgrade to a premium account, card or plan and matches each one to the benefits they are missing today, balancing propensity, value, fee sensitivity and eligibility.

Churn & dormancy early warning

Detects declining usage, shrinking engagement and negative service signals before a customer disengages, pairing every risk score with its likely driver and a suggested retention action.

Life-event & need-state detection

Finds changing transaction patterns that signal a practical need, a move, a new job, a growing family, while excluding sensitive inference and turning each detected state into a consent-aware, eligible action.

Cross-border traveller activation

Identifies customers preparing to travel or already spending abroad, infers the trip context and assembles a relevant bundle of travel benefits and partner offers, before departure and in destination.

Channel & contact-time optimization

Predicts the best channel, time window and frequency for each customer from historic engagement, with fatigue and suppression rules so growth never comes at the cost of opt-outs.

Personalized onboarding journey

Uses application context, funnel behaviour and early engagement to choose the next best onboarding step for each new customer, cutting drop-off and shortening the time to first value.

How it works

One customer view, one decision engine, every channel.

The pattern is the same across the eight use cases. Signals from transactions, products, channels and service are unified into one feature view per customer. Propensity and uplift models score intent; business rules apply eligibility, value and consent; a ranking step chooses the action, the channel and the moment.

Explainability is designed in rather than reverse-engineered: every recommendation carries its reason codes, every suppression its rule, and an uplift simulation shows the expected response before anything is sent, so growth teams can defend a decision to a customer, a manager or a regulator.

In production the engine runs inside your perimeter and publishes to the channels you already own: the mobile app, the branch screen, the contact-centre desktop or the campaign tool.

GCC, Middle East & Lebanon

Personalization that respects the region’s rules and rhythms.

Growth AI in this region has to be consent-aware by design. Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law, the UAE’s federal data protection law and Lebanon’s law on electronic transactions and personal data all shape what can be inferred and what must be suppressed, so eligibility, consent and suppression are modelled as first-class rules rather than a filter added at the end.

It also has to understand the local calendar and the local customer: Ramadan and Eid spending, summer travel corridors from the Gulf, salary cycles, the remittance patterns of expatriate and diaspora households, and messages that read naturally in Arabic and English alike. Our models and our copy are evaluated on regional data, not assumed from benchmarks built elsewhere.

How we work

A process built on evidence.

Discovery & success metrics

A workshop with the business owner, the data owner and the technology lead fixes the decision to improve and the number that proves it.

Data readiness

We profile the sample, masked or synthetic, and say plainly what it can and cannot support before anything is built.

Prototype

Model, prompt, retrieval or optimization logic plus a working demo your team can click through, not a slide.

Evaluate & play back

Accuracy, groundedness, fairness and cost are measured against an agreed test set and reported with their limitations.

Productionize

Integration, security review, MLOps and monitoring inside your perimeter, scoped only once the evidence supports it.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

How is next-best action different from the campaigns we already run?

A campaign starts from an offer and looks for customers. Next-best action starts from the customer and ranks every eligible offer, service or action by expected value, then adds the channel and the moment. The practical difference is fewer messages, higher response and a reason attached to each decision.

Can you predict churn when we have no churn labels?

Yes, with care. We define churn from behaviour (dormancy, product closure, balance migration) together with your business owners, validate the definition on history and build an early-warning model from recency, frequency, engagement and service signals. Lead time and value at risk are reported, not just a score.

Does personalization work in Arabic?

It has to. Segment narratives, nudges and offer copy are generated and evaluated in Arabic and English, including the mixed usage common in the Gulf and Lebanon, and terminology is controlled against your approved glossary.

What data do we need to start?

Typically a masked sample of customer profiles with consent flags, twelve to twenty-four months of transactions, product holdings and eligibility rules, and campaign or channel interaction history. Synthetic data can stand in for any part that cannot be shared.

Does our data have to leave the country or our data centre?

No. For banks, telecoms and government entities in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Oman and Lebanon we deploy inside your private cloud or on-premises, use open-weight models when data cannot leave the perimeter, and start with masked or synthetic samples so no customer record is needed to prove the idea.

Where do we start if we want more than one use case?

Pick a small portfolio rather than isolated ideas: one quick win, one strategic differentiator and one operational efficiency case, ideally sharing one data foundation and one evaluation framework. We run a short selection workshop with your business, data and technology leads to shortlist by value and data readiness.
