Game Development in the UAE
Eurisko delivers game development in the UAE: we design and ship games and playable experiences, from mobile titles in Unity and high-fidelity experiences in Unreal Engine to gamification layers that turn ordinary apps into products people return to daily.
The UAE is building a serious games industry: Abu Dhabi and Dubai are attracting studios, publishers and esports at pace. We serve that market from deep experience: broadcast-scale gaming platforms for MBC Group already run on our engineering, and the same studio discipline is available to UAE brands and publishers.
The region plays. Game development is how smart brands play along.
The Middle East has one of the youngest, most engaged gaming audiences in the world, and its governments and media groups are investing in games as a strategic industry. For studios that means opportunity; for brands and enterprises it means something subtler: play has become the most reliable way to earn attention that advertising can only rent.
Game development at Eurisko serves both ambitions. We ship entertainment titles built to retain players season after season, and we apply the same craft to serious ends: broadcast-scale gaming platforms for the region’s largest media group, educational games that teach energy to Saudi students, and gamification layers that turn banking and telecom apps into daily habits.
What unites them is discipline rarely found in game production: validated fun before art budget is spent, analytics from the first playable, and live operations planned before launch rather than improvised after it.
That discipline is the difference between a game that launches and a game that lasts. Retention curves, economy health and content cadence are managed like the production metrics they are, because in games, the launch is the cheapest user acquisition you will ever get, and everything after it is the business.
Unity and Unreal games, mobile titles and gamification.
Game development at Eurisko spans entertainment titles and the growing world of serious games: products where play is the mechanism, and engagement, learning or loyalty is the goal.
Mobile games
Casual, hyper-casual and mid-core titles for iOS and Android, built in Unity with live-ops in mind from day one.
Unreal Engine experiences
High-fidelity 3D for showcase experiences, simulations and premium titles where visual quality sells.
Gamification
Missions, streaks, leaderboards and reward economies engineered into banking, retail and telecom apps.
Branded & advergames
Playable campaigns and branded mini-games that outperform static ads on engagement and recall.
Serious games & training
Simulation and learning games for education, health and corporate training (measurable outcomes included).
Multiplayer & backends
Matchmaking, leaderboards, economy servers and anti-cheat infrastructure that scale with your player base.
Full-cycle game production under one roof.
Our game team covers the complete production pipeline: game design and economy balancing, concept art, 2D/3D asset production, Unity and Unreal engineering, sound integration, QA on real devices, and store publishing.
Because the studio sits inside a broader software company, games that need serious infrastructure (payments, identity, analytics, AI-driven NPCs or content generation) get it from specialist teams down the hall, not from plugins and hope.
And because the region is our home market, Arabic localization is native craft rather than an export afterthought: UI that holds up in RTL, voice and copy that read as written-for, never translated-into.
Broadcast-scale games, in production.
Our studio’s reference work runs at audience scales most game teams never face: WIZZO, MBC Group’s gaming and community platform serving players across the Arab world; MBC Dream, interactive entertainment for the region’s biggest broadcaster; Energo, an educational energy game delivered for Saudi Aramco; and Animal Discovery, a learning title that makes wildlife education play.
Shipping at that scale forged the habits smaller projects benefit from: economy design that survives real players, backends sized for launch-day spikes, and live-ops that keep a game earning its place on the home screen. It also taught us the regional craft: Arabic-first UI, culturally fluent content and the community features Arab players expect. Explore the work and the industry practice:
A game studio with shipping discipline.
Plenty of studios can produce a beautiful vertical slice; far fewer ship, soft-launch, tune retention and operate a live game. Eurisko brings the delivery discipline it has built since 2009 to game production: milestone-driven builds, playtesting cadences and analytics from the first playable.
For brands and enterprises, we are the rare partner fluent in both worlds: the creative language of games and the compliance, security and integration realities of large organizations.
A process built on evidence.
Concept & pitch
Game concept, core loop and monetization model captured in a playable-on-paper pitch deck.
Prototype
A greybox prototype of the core loop at the first milestone: fun is validated before art budget is spent.
Vertical slice
One polished level with final art direction that sets the quality bar for full production.
Production
Milestone-based content and feature builds with weekly playable versions and QA on device.
Launch & live-ops
Soft launch, retention tuning, store release, then events, seasons and updates that keep players in.
Frequently asked questions.
Do you work with Unity or Unreal Engine?
Both, chosen per project. Unity is our default for mobile and cross-platform titles because of its ecosystem and build size; Unreal Engine is our pick for high-fidelity 3D showcases and premium experiences. We also build lightweight HTML5 playables for campaigns.
How much does game development cost?
A branded mini-game or playable ad starts far smaller than most brands expect; a full mobile title with live-ops is a multi-month production. Our studio delivers at rates well below European or US studios for the same seniority. We scope from a one-page concept brief, free of charge.
How long does it take to develop a game?
That scales with the ambition: a branded mini-game or playable ad is a far shorter production than a polished casual title taken through soft launch, and mid-core titles with multiplayer and live-ops are longer still, so we fix the schedule per project from the concept brief. Our milestone structure means you play a greybox prototype at the first milestone, whatever the scale.
Can you add gamification to an existing app?
Yes. It is one of our most requested engagements. We design the reward economy, missions and progression systems, then integrate them into your existing mobile or web app with analytics to prove the retention lift. Banks and telecoms use this to turn utility apps into daily habits.
Do you handle publishing and monetization?
End to end: App Store and Google Play publishing, ad-network and IAP integration, economy balancing and A/B-tested monetization. For branded games we also advise on distribution: embedding in your existing app usually beats a standalone store listing.
Can you build multiplayer games?
Yes. We build real-time and asynchronous multiplayer with dedicated backend services (matchmaking, leaderboards, tournaments and cheat mitigation) sized to your player projections so launch-day success does not melt the servers.
