Eurisko DXP: Digital Banking Platform for the UAE
Eurisko DXP gives UAE banks and new digital brands a digital banking platform built for one of the world’s most demanding markets: one licensed product for retail, premium, youth and business banking, Arabic and English by design, a no-code Journey Builder, and Kortex AI that runs on infrastructure you control, in-country.

A digital banking platform that ships like a product, not a project
Most banks face the same choice: a channel module bolted onto their core vendor, or a custom build that becomes a multi-year project the bank never quite finishes. Eurisko DXP is the third way: a licensed, versioned digital banking platform assembled from independently deployable modules and configured to your products, brand and rules.
It distils more than a decade of building banking apps for leading banks across the Middle East, Africa and Europe into one product. Since 2023 every Eurisko banking engagement has fed the same platform, now on version 1.6, which runs live retail banking for a bank group across three countries while a new full digital bank and a multi-channel programme for a leading Lebanese bank are delivered on it.
Your teams change journeys, products, rates and rules through configuration, and customers see the change over the air. Eurisko’s product squads keep the platform moving with regular releases, so your digital bank keeps getting better long after launch.
One digital banking platform. Five layers. Every channel.
Eurisko DXP is built cloud-native on Kubernetes and deployed inside your own estate, on-premises or in your private cloud. Your core banking system stays exactly where it is.

Core-agnostic by design
DXP sits above your middleware and never takes direct core access, so changing or upgrading your core is a connector change, not a rebuild.
Many apps, one codebase
Retail, youth, SME and digital-brand apps run on one platform with full logical isolation, each scaling and releasing on its own cadence.
Three stores, one build
Native-grade iOS, Android and HarmonyOS apps from a single codebase, plus responsive internet banking on the same services.
Designed to degrade, not to fail
Active-active clusters, autoscaling, circuit breakers and idempotent payments, so a retry never charges a customer twice.
Your teams build the journeys. No app release required.
Journey Builder is a build environment, not a settings panel. Product and business teams compose new multi-step journeys and screens on a visual canvas, then publish them to customers over the air.
Compose from building blocks
Steps, screens, typed forms, branching, skip-by-segment and save-and-resume. Mandatory compliance steps cannot be removed.
Rules in business language
Rates, limits, fees and eligibility live in decision tables your analysts own: versioned, effective-dated and deployed without code.
Governed publishing
Author, review, test, approve, publish. Nobody can both author and promote a change, and rollback restores the previous version in one step.
Experiment safely
Feature flags by segment or cohort, server-side A/B testing and an instant kill switch on every change.
Banking AI that never leaves your data centre.
Kortex is the AI layer built into Eurisko DXP and included in the platform. It runs open-weight models on your own infrastructure, so customer data, prompts and models stay inside the bank.
- Tier 1
Everyday banking
A bilingual Arabic and English assistant by voice or text, spending insights, cash-flow forecasts and onboarding help, with a human in the loop.
- Tier 2
Advanced banking
Next-best-action, card recommendations, AI-assisted lending with explainable decisions, and fraud and AML copilots for your teams.
- Tier 3Roadmap
Agentic commerce
Agentic checkout, loyalty and embedded insurance, reached on the same governed core without re-engineering.
Acts only through approved tools
The assistant uses the same services, limits and step-up as the screen. It can never bypass a fraud check.
Grounded, cited answers
Answers cite your own documents. Weak grounding triggers a decline or a human handover, never a guess.
Governed like a model risk
Human approval before any model reaches production, every inference logged, plus bias testing, red-teaming and drift monitoring.
Portable by design
Model-agnostic, with prompts in Git and portable embeddings. No per-inference API fees.
AI use cases built by Eurisko are already in production with banks in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Lebanon.
Every customer gets their own bank. You maintain one platform.
Segments resolve at runtime: navigation, products, limits, theme and assistant behaviour adapt per customer, with no separate build.
Everyday retail
Accounts, instant transfers, bill payments, cards and rewards on a personalised home screen.
Youth & family
Parent-approved banking for children with allowances, goals, rewards and learning. At 18 they graduate to adult banking without a new app.
Premium & private
Relationship-manager access, concierge and portfolio views inside the app, with their own visual identity.
SME & business
Business and personal views in one session, bulk payments and maker-checker approvals for owners and their teams.
Corporate
Corporate mobile banking with multi-user roles, four-eyes approvals and configurable limits.
New digital brands
Launch a digital bank or sub-brand on the same platform, with its own identity and release cadence.
Bank-grade security, built into the platform.
These are product properties, verified on every release, not promises added at the end of a project.
Data stays in-country
Inference, storage, keys and logs sit inside your estate. Encryption keys stay in your HSM: Eurisko never holds key material.
Zero-trust identity
OAuth 2.0 with PKCE and DPoP, FIDO2 passkeys, device binding and risk-based step-up defined by policy, not code.
Mobile app protection
Certificate pinning, app attestation, root and jailbreak detection, screenshot and overlay protection, with commercial app shielding integrated.
Duress protection
A duress PIN opens a visually identical restricted session and silently alerts your fraud team.
Fraud signals in every journey
Device fingerprinting, SIM-swap and geo-velocity signals feed your fraud management system, and every transaction is scored before it runs.
Out of card-data scope
Architected to stay outside PCI DSS cardholder-data scope: card numbers are never stored, logged or cached.
Immutable audit trail
A hash-chained audit trail that cannot be edited or switched off, searchable by your compliance team without vendor help.
Standards-aligned
OWASP MASVS and API Top 10, OWASP Top 10 for LLM applications, zero trust per NIST SP 800-207 and controls aligned with ISO/IEC 27001.
Secure by pipeline
Code scanning on every commit, dynamic tests on every build, SBOM and AI bill of materials on every release, and independent penetration tests.
Plugs into your core. Opens up to your partners.
DXP integrates through the middleware you already run and speaks the protocols banks actually use.
- REST
- SOAP
- MQ
- Kafka
- WebSocket
- ISO 8583
- ISO 20022
- File exchange
- OpenID Connect
- SAML 2.0
One integration service
Protocol translation, multi-step orchestration and compensating transactions in one layer. Bank-side API changes never need an app release.
Open banking ready
Account information and payment initiation as a separate API product, with consent customers can grant, view and revoke in one tap.
Developer portal & SDKs
OpenAPI 3.0 contracts, self-serve keys and quotas, sandboxes on synthetic data, and documentation generated from the code itself.
Super app & mini-apps
Partner mini-apps run in an isolated runtime with scoped, revocable consent, and can be switched off centrally without a store release.
Payments & cards
Instant and international transfers, QR, bill and bulk payments, disputes, card controls, virtual cards and Apple Pay, Google Pay and Huawei Pay.
Your data, your BI
Real-time event streams, change-data-capture into your data lake and connectors for your BI tools. You own your data, structurally.

Programmes marked “On Eurisko DXP” run on the platform. The others are Eurisko-delivered mobile banking programmes whose engineering shaped it. Client names are withheld.
Licensed, versioned and always moving forward.
DXP is built by a dedicated product engineering group, separate from client delivery, so your platform keeps improving long after launch.
A real release train
Two major releases a year, quarterly minor releases and monthly security patches, each with advance notice and full release notes.
Upgrades on your terms
APIs and configuration stay backward compatible across major versions, and the journeys you built are regression-tested against every release.
You own what you build
Every journey, screen, product, rule and design your teams create is yours, exportable in open formats.
Zero-downtime delivery
Blue-green and canary releases, feature flags and staged rollouts from 1% of customers to all of them.
Delivery that transfers skills
Agile delivery with staged go-lives (pilot, staff, friends and family, closed group, public) and an optional build-operate-transfer track.
Accessible and truly bilingual
WCAG 2.1 AA is a blocking release gate, and Arabic gets true right-to-left mirroring across every component, not flipped text.
Why banks choose a platform over a build.
Three ways to deliver digital banking, compared on what matters after launch day.
| Criteria | Eurisko DXP | Custom build | Core-vendor channel module |
|---|---|---|---|
| Time to first release | Months, on proven modules | Years of greenfield work | Fast, on the vendor’s template |
| Who changes journeys | Your teams, in Journey Builder | Developers, on every change | The core vendor, on its roadmap |
| After launch | Regular product releases | Only what you pay to build | The core vendor’s release cycle |
| AI | Kortex on your own infrastructure | A bolt-on, often an external API | Limited, or cloud-only |
| Segments and brands | Many apps on one codebase | A new build per app | Rarely supported |
| Arabic experience | Native, mirrored by design | Depends on the team | Translated, not designed |
| Core banking | Core-agnostic, above your middleware | Tightly coupled | Tied to one core |
A digital banking platform for UAE banks and digital brands.
UAE customers compare their banking app with the best consumer apps they use, and new digital brands launch every year. Eurisko delivered the mobile app of a UAE digital bank that onboarded 500,000+ customers in its first year and serves more than 2 million users today.
Eurisko DXP turns that experience into a licensed platform: one codebase for retail, premium, youth and business apps, true right-to-left Arabic, open banking readiness, and Kortex AI that keeps customer data inside the bank. Eurisko’s Dubai office works alongside the product teams that build the platform.
Frequently asked questions.
What is a digital banking platform?
A digital banking platform is the software layer that delivers a bank’s mobile and online banking: onboarding, accounts, payments, cards, loans and customer engagement, connected to the core banking system underneath. Eurisko DXP is a licensed digital banking platform for banks and financial institutions, with a no-code Journey Builder and on-premise AI.
What is Eurisko DXP?
Eurisko DXP is Eurisko’s digital experience platform for banks: a licensed, versioned product that runs retail, youth, premium, SME and corporate mobile and internet banking on one codebase. It includes 44 modules across five layers, Journey Builder for no-code journeys, and Eurisko Kortex, an AI layer that runs inside the bank’s own infrastructure.
Is Eurisko DXP a core banking system?
No. DXP is the digital channel and experience layer. It sits above your middleware and connects to your existing core banking, cards, payments and screening systems without taking direct core access, so you modernise digital banking without a core replacement.
Can Eurisko DXP run on-premises with data kept in-country?
Yes. DXP is cloud-native on Kubernetes and deploys inside your own data centre or private cloud. Data, logs, encryption keys and AI inference all stay within your estate, which is how banks meet the data-residency and central-bank requirements of their jurisdiction.
How does Kortex AI protect customer data?
Kortex runs open-weight models on infrastructure the bank controls, with no external model API in the runtime path. It masks personal data before prompts, grounds answers in the bank’s own documents, logs every inference, and can only act through approved tools with the same limits and authentication as the app screens.
Can our own teams change journeys without an app release?
Yes. With Journey Builder, product and business teams compose and change journeys, screens, products, rates, limits and rules as versioned configuration, with maker-checker approval, and publish them to customers over the air. Development is needed only for genuinely new back-end services or device capabilities.
Which banking products and channels does DXP cover?
Retail mobile and internet banking, business and SME apps, corporate mobile banking and a bank portal, covering onboarding and eKYC, accounts, transfers and payments, cards, loans, deposits, wealth and trading, personal finance, youth banking, bancassurance, loyalty, campaigns and service requests.
Does DXP support Arabic and open banking?
Yes. Arabic and English are built in with true right-to-left mirroring across every component, in-session language switching and locale-correct formats. Open banking is supported through a dedicated API product for account information and payment initiation, with customer consent management.
How long does it take to launch on Eurisko DXP?
Much faster than a custom build, because the modules, integration layer and design system already exist. Each programme is planned with staged go-lives (pilot, staff, closed group, public), and the timeline depends mainly on the number of journeys and integrations, which we map with you in discovery.
Who owns what we build on the platform?
You do. Every journey, screen, product, rule and design your teams create in DXP belongs to the bank and can be exported in open formats. Eurisko maintains and evolves the platform itself through regular product releases.
