UI/UX Design Agency in Kuwait

Eurisko is a UI/UX design agency in Kuwait: product design, design systems, UX audits and Arabic/RTL interfaces, grounded in research with real users and shipped inside real products used across Kuwait City and the wider Gulf.

Kuwait’s banks, retailers and media brands compete on experience, and their customers move fluidly between Arabic and English. We design natively for both, and our designers sit shoulder to shoulder with the engineers who build their work, so what gets prototyped is what gets shipped.

Overview

Design is the cheapest place to fix a product.

Every product failure has a moment when it was still cheap to prevent, usually in design. A confusing onboarding flow costs a prototype iteration to fix before launch, and a quarter of lost customers after it. An unreadable form is a design note in week three, and a call-center budget line in year one.

UI/UX design at Eurisko exists to move those discoveries earlier. We research with real users before committing budget, prototype the risky assumptions first, and measure shipped designs against the metrics they were meant to move: conversion, task completion, support volume, retention.

The craft matters doubly in this region: interfaces must be genuinely bilingual, with Arabic and RTL treated as first-class design material rather than a mirrored afterthought. That is a speciality we have practiced since 2009, on products used by millions.

And because our studio lives inside a 200-person engineering company, design here is never theatre: every flow we draw has been costed against implementation reality by the people who will build it, and every design system we deliver is proven in shipped code before we call it done.

What we do

UI/UX design services that start before pixels.

Interfaces are the visible tip. Most of the value in our design work happens earlier: understanding users, framing the problem and testing the risky assumptions cheaply.

UX research

Interviews, usability testing and analytics deep-dives with users in your product’s real markets.

Product & interface design

Journeys, flows and information architecture that make complex products feel inevitable.

UI design

High-fidelity interfaces for mobile and web: crafted in Figma, specified to the pixel.

Design systems

Token-based component libraries that keep large products consistent and teams fast.

Arabic, RTL & bilingual design

True RTL design (not mirrored afterthoughts) with Arabic typography treated as a craft.

UX audits & usability testing

Heuristic and data-driven audits that locate exactly where products leak users, then fix it.

How we work

Evidence over opinion.

Every design decision at Eurisko has to survive two questions: what evidence supports it, and how will we know it worked? We prototype early, test with five users before debating with fifteen stakeholders, and instrument shipped designs so success is a number, not an adjective.

For banking, government and enterprise clients, we design within hard constraints (regulation, accessibility, legacy systems) and treat those constraints as design material rather than excuses.

Tooling follows the same discipline: Figma as the system of record, token pipelines that connect design decisions directly to front-end code, and research that runs remotely or in person depending on where your users actually are.

Where we design

From banking flows to Fortune-500 wellbeing.

Our designers work where the stakes are highest: banking journeys where a confusing screen becomes a compliance call, government services that must work for every citizen, healthcare products where clarity is a safety feature, and consumer experiences (like the complete redesign of AlTanfeethi’s premium lounge app for Saudi Arabia) where delight is the differentiator.

That range is deliberate. Patterns learned in regulated design make consumer products more trustworthy; consumer craft makes enterprise tools humane, and a design system built for a bank’s compliance department turns out to be exactly what a scaling product team needs too. Why Eurisko

Designers who ship.

Agency design often optimizes for the portfolio; ours optimizes for the product. Because Eurisko builds what it designs, our designers carry the scar tissue of production: they know what a design costs to build and what it does to conversion after launch.

And we design for the markets we serve from inside them: bilingual interfaces, local payment behaviors, connectivity realities and cultural nuance are daily practice, not a research finding. Behind every engagement stands a 200-person product company that turns approved designs into shipped software.

How we work

A process built on evidence.

Immerse

Stakeholder interviews, analytics review and user research to frame the real problem.

Define

Journeys, flows and information architecture agreed before high-fidelity work begins.

Design & prototype

UI concepts and clickable prototypes in fast iterations, tested with actual users.

Systematize

Components, tokens and documentation so the design scales beyond the first release.

Ship & measure

Design QA during development, then post-launch measurement against the agreed metrics.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Do you only design, or also build what you design?

Both, and that is the point. You can engage the design studio standalone (research, UI/UX, design systems) or have the same company engineer the product. Either way, designs come with developer-ready specs born from sitting next to engineers since 2009.

How do you approach Arabic and right-to-left design?

As first-class design, not mirroring. We design RTL layouts natively, select and pair Arabic typefaces deliberately, handle bidirectional text in forms and numbers correctly, and test with Arabic-speaking users. Most of our regional work ships in Arabic and English simultaneously.

What does a UX audit include and how long does it take?

An audit is a focused engagement, not an open-ended study: heuristic evaluation, analytics and funnel analysis, usability testing with real users, and an accessibility review, delivered as a prioritized fix list with effort estimates, not a hundred-page PDF nobody actions.

How much does UI/UX design cost?

A product design engagement is typically scoped in design sprints: an audit or concept sprint is a modest fixed investment, a full app design runs several sprints, and ongoing design partnership is a monthly retainer. Senior regional talent keeps rates well below Western studios for the same craft. We quote after one scoping call.

Which tools does your design team use?

Figma is our system of record for design and prototyping, with FigJam for workshops and token pipelines that connect design decisions directly to front-end code. Research runs on remote and in-person testing tools depending on where your users are.

Can you work with our in-house design or product team?

Yes. About half our design engagements are collaborative: embedding senior designers into your squads, building the design system your team will own, or acting as a research arm. We transfer capability deliberately instead of guarding it.
